Active Image allows you to create or modify PNG, BMP, WBMP, GIF and JPEG images on the fly. Features include: royalty-free for software and web site developers, create new or modify existing images, full source code and installation instructions, text output with selectable font, font styles and angle, draw methods such as rectangle, arc and circle, crop, flip, pie charts, resize and rotate images, reading/saving images from/to databases like MS SQL sever and MS Access, saving/reading images to/from variables of calling program, and exceptions handling.
