Easy Popup Exchange

This program is your answer. - User signs up for the service and is given a code to place in their (HEAD) tags. But wait! instead of diplaying a random userpage, surfers are brought up to the main user index page with all user site links on it. Upon clicking on a users URL, the click is counted and viewable through the useradmin as to what user you clicked on as well as how many hits were sent to the userindex through their link. Grand total hits in/out are viewable through the webmaster admin and webmaster can add their banner on the main index and signup page.
