Master Feedback provides your visitors with a website form for communicating with you. It is designed so you can eliminate email addresses from your website, including those embedded in hidden form fields and other HTML tags -- no sense feeding spammer's email address harvesting robots. Master Feedback allows you to add your own information fields: postal address, telephone, survey questions, favorite TV show -- with radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdown lists, text areas, and more.
