Cougalinks is an extremely useful linking script written in Perl. Main features include: Option to limit the amount of links one IP can post, Full administration to control display layout, New categories feature, Ignore unusually long words, Control the amount of links 10-100, Limit the amount of words for the link description, Words censoring, Sumitted links moderation, Allow / disallow HTML, File Locking feature, Option to show submitted link confirmation page, Change order in which the links are displayed, and more.
