Mailbank is a feature packed program that is a multi level administered, multiple mailing list program. It is easy to installs, fully documented and fully controlled via admin control panel. It also supports attachments and uploading. Successfully tested on 25,000 emails with 1.2 megabytes attachments. Attach files from your Hard Drive to mailings.
