News Publisher is a CGI/Perl script used to update a news page on a Web site. Some of its features include: easy install & configuration, supports multiple users and secure login, easy to change the way your news looks, ability to quickly remove or edit previously posted news, and auto-archiving of old news, and news search engine, comments system, single news viewer and more.
Most scripts are free or open source. But some have the full source code available for download yet itīs required to have permission to use them and most often the price will be listed. If there is a script license e.g. GNU or GPL then it will also be listed. |
