Online wizards which allows you to create a drop down navigation menu in the CGI script (or the PHP script), the HTML form code and JavaScript. The form automatically uses the JavaScript code if your visitor has it enabled (thus saving bandwidth) or uses the CGI/PHP otherwise. All you need to do is plug and play.
