Displays eClickz.com PPC listings on your site based off of randomly selected keywords that you choose. This could be used as an alternative to Google's Adsense, as it has a similar format and you earn a portion of the revenue earned from each click thru your site generates. Very easy to set up and implement. No SSI required, only one line of javascript.
