The V-NewsTicker is a free vertical news scroller. Features include: easy setup, small size, pausing, sliding up or down. You can use it as a news board instead of Java applet or Flash which will take much more time to load. It supports the most popular browsers- IE4+, Netscape4+, Opera5+, Konqueror3.1+ (Safari1).
