This virtually self installing web application is a complete web form to email tool that you can customize for use on your site. This script was created to aid web designers in creating fast and effective form to email pages. The designer only needs to know how to create simple html forms and direct the action to the php file to do all of the work. Create your own headers and footers and configure the application to run how you want it to run.
