Enhanced Submit News Module

Our Enhanced Submit News Module adds Error Controls to the Article Submission process. This gets rid of those annoying No Topic & Titleless Submissions. The textarea's are larger, the layout is wrapped in tables, and the error functions check for no Title, no Topic, and no Storytext content. The fields will show up red in the 'Preview Article' function if one of the fields is missing. If for some reason the submitter still does not notice his/her Error, the script stops the Submission, tells the Submitter their Error, and provides them a Go Back link to fix it.
Most scripts are free or open source. But some have the full source code available for download yet itīs required to have permission to use them and most often the price will be listed. If there is a script license e.g. GNU or GPL then it will also be listed. |
