RPNews is a news script that uses text files to store data. Features: Web admin, Easy set up via config file and Style Sheets, Archive articles, Add and delete articles, Upload/delete images, support for HTML tags, optional headline scroller, optional email notifier, so people know when news has been updated, change password through web interface, and easily intergrates into website.
Most scripts are free or open source. But some have the full source code available for download yet itīs required to have permission to use them and most often the price will be listed. If there is a script license e.g. GNU or GPL then it will also be listed. |
