United Content Management System (UCMS) is an Open Source content management solution, released under the GNU General Public License. UCMS attempts to deliver ease of use, flexibility, manageability, scalability and affordability to the website creation and management process. UCMS offers advanced tools for coordinating and managing site content management teams.
Most scripts are free or open source. But some have the full source code available for download yet itīs required to have permission to use them and most often the price will be listed. If there is a script license e.g. GNU or GPL then it will also be listed. |
