This is a free php-script which allows the webmaster to easily setup a top-sites-page which displays websites of users ordered by rank. The rank is specified by how often other users vote for the certain site. The users can put a small banner on their homepage so that the visitors can vote for this site. The script provides anti cheating functionality. The script requires mySQL and PHP 4.x and it's verry easy to install! This Program is distributed under the GNU PUBLIC LICENSE!!
Most scripts are free or open source. But some have the full source code available for download yet it´s required to have permission to use them and most often the price will be listed. If there is a script license e.g. GNU or GPL then it will also be listed. |
