HTAdmin is a basic and simple PHP tool for administrating multiple .htpasswd files. HTAdmin 1.2.x versions are now PHP version 4.1.x compatible and come with simple .htaccess creation feature. After version 1.2.4, HTAdmin comes with Windows support.
